Supporting the practice team over two sites, your duties will be interesting and varied. You will need to be computer literate, with good interpersonal skills and a flexible and professional manner. Good customer care skills are essential. Some clerical work will be involved. Please note you will be working in a call centre environment. 25 hours each week by rota, this will involve mornings, afternoons, some late evenings until 8:30 p.m and Saturday mornings.
